A library works best when everyone shares it responsibly. Please read these rules before you borrow.
Every member must carry a valid library card. Books are issued only against the member card.
Students may borrow up to 3 books at a time; faculty up to 10.
Students keep books for 14 days and faculty for 30 days. Renew up to 2 times if nobody has reserved the book.
Books must be returned on or before the due date. A late fee of ₹1 per day per book is charged.
Keep the reading hall quiet. Set your mobile phone to silent mode.
Mutilation or loss of a book must be compensated. Please report any damage at the counter.
Reference books, periodicals and the latest issues are for use inside the library only.
Leave bags and personal belongings at the counter. Carry only your notebook and pen.
