Membership

All students, faculty and staff of the college are eligible for library membership. Bring your college ID to the counter and get your library card.

Who can join

Membership for everyone on campus

Borrow up to 3 books for 14 days.

Undergraduate and postgraduate

Borrow up to 10 books for 30 days.

Teaching staff

Borrow up to 5 books for 21 days.

Non-teaching staff

How to join

Bring your ID card and a passport-size photograph.

Meet the library staff during working hours.

Complete the short membership form.

Your card is valid for 3 years.

Is there a membership fee?

Please ask at the library counter for the current membership details.

What if I lose my card?

Inform the library immediately so it can be blocked and a duplicate can be issued.

Can I renew a book?

Yes, up to 2 times, provided no other member has reserved it.

Can alumni or outsiders join?

Please contact the librarian to know about reading-room access for visitors.
